Refund & Warranty Policy
1. General Principles
vuabufflike.com is committed to fulfilling orders in accordance with the description of the service package you have chosen. This policy clarifies when you are eligible for warranty or refund, to protect the rights of both parties.
2. Order Warranty
- For social media engagement packages with a stated warranty period, if the quantity drops during the warranty period, you may request a free top-up.
- For proxies, warranty covers replacement of dead or non-functional proxies reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- For digital products (accounts, licenses), warranty covers 1-to-1 replacement for credentials that are incorrect, invalid, or blocked prior to purchase, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Warranty does not apply if target content is set to private, proxy settings are misconfigured, or digital accounts are locked due to violation of third-party platform rules after delivery.
3. Cases Eligible for Refund
- Order cannot be fulfilled due to technical issues.
- Order encounters an unresolvable error caused by vuabufflike.com's system.
- Engagement order is only partially completed — the unfulfilled portion will be refunded proportionally to your balance.
- Proxy or digital product order cannot be delivered.
4. Cases NOT Eligible for Refund
- Incorrect target link, proxy type, or format selected by the user.
- Engagement target account/post set to private/restricted mode.
- Proxies that are working but incompatible with your specific third-party software or tools.
- Digital accounts that are locked or banned due to user activities, incorrect login location, or violation of security rules after delivery.
- Order completed as per the description.
- Violation of vuabufflike.com's Terms of Service.
5. Refund Method
Refunded amounts are added to your vuabufflike.com wallet balance for use on future orders. vuabufflike.com does not refund cash or to bank accounts, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Request Process
Submit warranty/refund requests via the Support section in your account or via vuabufflike.com's Zalo/Fanpage, including:
- The relevant order code.
- Description of the issue and (if applicable) illustrative images.
7. Processing Time
Requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days. In cases requiring further investigation, processing time may be extended and vuabufflike.com will notify you.
8. Appeals
If you disagree with the outcome, you may respond to the support request for reconsideration.
